We had the nicest waiter at Citrico's!

If you should ever decide to dine at the Grand Floridian's Citrico's, definitely ask to have Jamie wait on you! He is a GREAT waiter, the best we have ever had, anywhere!


Well, I WAS going to write the whole story of us having the opportunity of having Jamie 5 times in the last three years, but it got so long, I figured nobody would want to read it . In short, his service was outstanding! He remembered us every time (where we were from and even what kind of wine my mom likes!), and always went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied, like bringing us food that wasn't even on the menu anymore (this was also a favor done by the chef, a wonderful guy!).

So, if you go to Citrico's ask for Jamie, and if you would like, you can tell him that the Norton Family recommended you to him.

I just thought that an excellent waiter like Jamie should be recognized, especially on these boards!

Thanks for the information. I'm hoping that during this time, when Citrico's is serving lunch in place of GFC, that the usual Citricos servers are there. If so, I'll certainly look for Jaimie.

When we went to Citrico's for breakfast, they were not the same. The way Jamie explained it, it seems like the servers for GFC are there for breakfast and lunch, and then the Citrico's servers are there at night.

But, hopefully this is incorrect, and you have the chance of having Jamie!
