we had the biggest scare last night

I wrote this last night but the boards wouldn't work for me
Ok we live in a townhouse in a suberb and its really quiet down here and tonight i was disboaring and my mom was upstairs with me my dad downstairs when we here these two loud bang not thump thump more heavy BANG BANG! Ok course i jump out of my seat because its 9 something pitch black and its a friday night So i hear my mom go was that you Carlos and my dad cuts her off saying did you hear that. Ok were not use to this so my mom calls the non emergancy number and my dad turns out all the lights and were waiting on the stairs mom dialing the police and me and my dad watching out of our side window. Then we see a shadow and we see these 3 kids banging on my dads car. And then one catches us watching and yells RUN and they run to behind the curb. So my dad opens the door and the police are on there way so you know me im a have to see this person and im watching to where they went. And then i see 1 kid run inside a house then followed by 2 more the 2 more and run inside the house so i with my xray vision see what they look like what there dressed like so then the cop came and i went to down there and plainly said they went in that one and he put his light to were i was pointing and you could see someone watching from inside which i knew was one of the kids. So they cop went over and told em to not do it again but my moms like they know were we live! we got the crap scared out of us i mean my mom had a knife in her hand cuz she thought it was someone trying to get in. Thank god for that good cop we were like wow can't believe it happened to us then now we figured they picked out house because we had the lights off and pounded on the door then ran and then pounded on my dads car i mean later the cop told us the brother was watching em and wasn't doing his job so the parents weren't home but man did it scare us
Ever have something like that happen to you?
oh ps my mom called the manager for the complex so there going to get a talking to when there parents find out

Whew!! Nothing like a little excitement in the neighborhood! Glad to hear it was nothing serious. About what age were these "kids"? Harmless fun to them now, but thank goodness you were able to tell the police where they live. Hopefully they got a little scare of their own that'll stick with them and keep them on the straight and narrow.

Glad to hear it was just kids fooling around, but they could have got themselves killed. A few years ago, my DS, then 16, dressed up for Halloween as a mass murderer(I didn't know that at the time). He went to some lady's door with his friend in a Jason mask and fake blood all over them and she just about had a panic attack! She threw the candy bowl at them and starting begging for her life! my DS was so upset about scaring her, he tried to comfort the lady--hard to do when you are made up to look like you just killed somebody. It just got worse and she threatened to call police, so the boys left. That was the end of their trick-or-treating.

Boys that age don't realize how intimidating they are, especially to older women. They're big and have deep voices and do scary things just looking for kicks. I would make a point to talk to the parents and let them know how much it scared you. Hopefully, they boys will be made to apologize.

i say they were about 9 maybe but the second time they didn't bang on the car we just figured they were hiding behind our door and banging on it cuz my mom was right next to it boy did she jump! we thought someone was trying to get in we were so scared cuz my dads going on an interview in orlando next week(fingers crossed) so my moms like what if this happens and he's not here now she got me worried

Boy! 9 year old boys banging on your dad's car??!!!! I would definitely go out and check the car out out for dent damage. Put your head right next to the car and look for dents. Hard to see dents looking straight on at a car. If there are dents, than go make a police report and go after the kids or their parents for repair cost. It would help too if you remember the policeman who came out the night all this happened as he would remembered and can make out the report for you. I definitely would talk to the parents myself about it.

Nine year olds were doing this?! I would definitley speak to the parents. They need to know their boys were without adult supervision, which in most states is something Children's Protective SErvices would also be interested in knowing.

yea and i just saw 1 of the little terrors i turned but he made a face at me. supposidly the brother was watching em HAH i saw the brother too just now and the kid with the white shirt who was banging but when i saw the kid i stared hard at him it seemed everyone knew and was looking at us weird oh well thats what you get!

I was sunbathing once in my backyard when I was about 16 when all of a sudden a cop in full SWAT gear carrying a rifle jumped over the back fence. He said " Get in the house NOW!!" I ran for my life, let me tell you!

Turns out the guy on the next street threatened to commit suicide and said he had a hostage. He didnt and they got him out before he could hurt himself.

i would of passed out he would scared made me faint! wow im glad i didn't have to go through that
