After a fantastic dinner at the Flying Fish, the kids wanted to play games on the Boardwalk. Justin won a medium size stuffed shark, Rachel won a stuffed dolphin, and Gene won a stuffed bulldog and a stuffed green M&M for me........ and then we gave them all away!!!! That was the best part. We looked for little kids who weren't able to win anything and then we gave them ours. I made out big time - I got two hugs and a kiss!
I'm so proud and happy that Rachel and Justin decided that it looked like fun and decided, on their own, to give their own prizes away. They sure don't need them and it's a lot more fun to see a little pre-schooler's eyes light up.
We did go to MK this morning. I split off from the group because I wanted to wander around and take some pictures and I didn't want them to rush me. I'm sorry, I didn't make it over to Ariel's Grotto... I was concentrating on getting pics in Adventureland, Frontierland and Liberty Square. I also stopped in to see the Hall of Presidents. I haven't seen it in years and years and I really enjoyed it this time.
We decided on a late lunch at Le Cellier, so we took the monorail to the TTC and then picked up the other monorail to Epcot. I asked if we could sit in the front seat over to Epcot. Not only were we able to, but the pilot let Justin sit in the captain's chair and pretend to drive so I could get a picture. It was great!
We're going to lounge in the room for a couple hours, maybe swim a little bit and then we'll either go to Epcot or MGM later on.
Prayers and best wishes for all my DIS friends who need them. (((hugs)))
