We were at Disneyland Paris from the 22nd to the 26th November.
I used my DVC points to book a room at the Disneyland Hotel for the first time, we usually stay at the Davey Crockett.
We got a dirty room, I complained to the manager on duty that I didn't think it should happen, especially when people are paying the amount of money that the Disneyland Hotel costs.
The next day there was a message on the tv to speak to the manager about our upgrade to the castle club!
We were given a park view room, the room next to the Presidential Suite! I got to look down Main Street at the castle in an empty park, it was magical.
The Cast Members were all fantastic, and there was even one that recognised us from past years trips to different hotels.
The only problem now is, we want to stay there again.
