Our offer has been accepted!!! YAY!!!

I can't believe it, we have got to go and see the lawyer later today to start the proceedings - the letting agent has given us the details of a lawyer who has dealt with other leases in the development so hopefully it will go through quicker than usual.

It's 1071sq feet, so pretty large. We are going to stock Hallmark cards, as they are going to back us, Yankee Candles (mail order anyone!! ) and high end gifts as the area is very affluent and has a high concentration of Americans we think that we should do ok.

I am very excited but scared too! So wish us luck and I will keep you updated!

DP works in a similar type of shop. The Yankee candle salesman persuaded the owner to have a Yankee candle night (he provided free gift bags).
Diane suggested that they stock Terramundi pots. The way they are selling everyone up here must be getting one for Xmas
