How does this "dream" thing work, do the CMs just pick people at random that are visiting the park? I haven't heard about this yet. I did hear about being able to spend the night in Cinderella's Castle don't know if that's the same thing or not.

Were the cast memebers wearing normal clothes or a uniform? In January we were waiting in line for pirates and saw two women dressed in normal clothing and they were sweeping the pathway. We thought they might have been dream cast members.

It could be something small, like Dream Ears, or a stay at the Mickey Mouse Penthouse ( only can get at DLR ) or at WDW you can get a stay in Cinderella's Castle. Hope this helps

One of the Ladies was dressed in a blue shirt and a white vest and the second lady was in regular clothes. We asked how people were picked and were told it was very random, specific place and specific time.

Congratulations, the Penthouse looks amazing, keeping my fingers crossed for my trip in September!

Can i please ask what you thought of the tropicana (not in comparison to the penthouse!) as we are considering it for our stay, thanks in advance!

I never did see anyone get dreamed..but I did see a lot of people who had been dreamed with the fastpass card..as they were wearing them around their neck..THe one thing I did notice when I was there is that most with the fastpass cards did not have young children with them..I saw mostly couples and children over the age of 11 or 12 with them...

WOW congrats! We were there on May 26 as well. We were blessed with the Dream fastpass. We were so excited to get it, but to get to stay in the Penthouse Suite- how awesome.

We've been here since Sunday, and we've been dreamed twice! Our first dream we were exiting the Grand California to downtown Disney and they were there with the pins/lanyards. Talk about a great way to start a trip! Then, yesterday we did early entry, and booked it over to adventureland right around the time of park opening. We noticed a couple near us with the dream fastpasses, and asked them where they got them. They were handing them out at the little walkway between frontierland and the castle - right near us, but we couldn't see them for a tree. So, we shuffled over and got those too. Now, if I could only time it so we could get the penthouse tomorrow night so we don't have to go home!!!

As far as how the dream fastpass works. It's a string with two cards on it - one for CA and one for DL. On each card there is a tab for each attraction that uses fastpass in that park. When you want to use one, you go the the fastpass line for that attraction, and snap off the tab. The CMs collect them the same way that you would a paper fastpass. HTH!
