We Go Shop??

I need some opinions, please. I have used Garden Grocer for years and have always been very happy with the service. There are things they simply cannot get for me (I asked) that are available at local grocery stores. I phoned We Go Shop and the super-nice lady told me that she would find whatever I need.

I know Garden Grocer has their items listed on their site along with pricing, minimums, etc.

We Go Shop gets you what you want and then charges the grocery store prices plus their fee.

If you have used both, how would you compare the two for service and prices? Do you prefer one over the other?

Specifically, what I want that GG cannot get is coffee creamer other than vanilla, plain and hazelnut and particular yogurts. As I plan to have coffee/breakfast in the room, this is important to me.

I've never used Garden Grocer (mainly because I liked the flexibility of WeGoShop) and have always had really good experiences with WeGoShop!

Love, love, love WeGoShop. They do charge extra for seperate stops beyond the first (I think $5 per stop). However it is so worth it. Last time they went to a general grocery store for us (publix), Whole Foods (for lactose free yogurt and fruits veggies) and the liquor store. They also call you if your preferred brand is not available or if there is any question on flavor etc. They are awesome.

We have never used GG but I can highly recommend WeGoShop who we have used for years!

our plan was to use them first and then try GG the next trip to see which we preferred but we had such a great experience with WeGoShop that we never bothered to try anything else.

I liked wegoshop because I chose the store - I was able to go on Publix website, get their phone number, all, order a special "decadent" chocolate cake - and wegoshop had no problem delivering it for us. I also liked that they called us before our flight boarded to ask if we needed anything (coffee filters!) and when we landed dh wanted beer - they brought their favorite and it was a great choice

so, I felt great customer service, above and beyond!

Like others we've never used Garden Grocer but love We Go Shop. We've used them for about half of our trips and have always had flawless service, and I like the flexibility them shopping a store of my choosing (Publix) and buying what I want rather than having to choose from a pre-determined selection of products.

Thank you all for the feedback. I feel like I can confidently order through them and know I will be happy about it.

She mentioned that Albertson's would have the creamers I want. I dont even know how I could confirm something like that without making a phone call.

Another positive "shout out" for WeGoShop. We have used the service multiple times (every time we don't drive to WDW).

I used Garden Grocer on our last trip - first and last time. Ordered online about a month out. Had 3 items that were wrong. Diet Pepsi instead of Diet Coke. Yogurt in cups instead of Gogurt and wrong flavor of Pop Tarts (strawberry instead of chocolate). I called 4 times during our 13 day stay and never received a phone call back. My receipt showed the correct items, but they were not the items delivered and since I paid much more than normal retail, I was out about $50. I filled out a survey after I returned and still never heard from them. I would not use them again if they were free.
