Ok I have decided to order groceries from Marge at We GO SHop. I called her to make an appointment. SHe told me to send in an order except to not put in an order just leave it blank to make the appointment and be sure to send in the order at least a week in advance. So I did this and I received an email saying that I had to call marge first. Very confused. Those of you who have used Marge what is the procedure or placing an order and making a reservation time? Also, what exactly is the delivery charge? The web site says you can pay be check, does that mean you have to be present when the groceries get delivered?

We left our order blank as well, we only locked in the date/time of delivery. I later sent in the order a week or so before our trip and everything went well. If you have already spoke w/ Marge, I wouldn't worry. Just check in w/ her as your trips gets closer...right before you are ready to send in your order.

Marge delivered our groceries to VWL while we were at MK. The front desk paid her and put the charge on our room. The delivery fee was $32.00 for $281.96 worth of groceries. There was also a 10 percent gratuity that was added to the bill.

We've used their service for the last two years and have been very pleased! Our entire family is going this coming Christmas and we have already talked to Marge and have a list ready to send.

Marge can be found @ WEGOSHOP.COM. I have her cell phone number somewhere also, but all her info is on the website.

We used Marge last year and loved her! This year our flight arrives very late and I would love to have all the groceries at the resort. Will she leave them with bell services or is gardengrocer the only one that does that?

Can you order perishables? I am also getting in later in the day (DEC) and would love to have my groceries delivered. Will Disney store them in a cooler?

I believe that if you order from the Disney site, the groceries are delivered & put away in your kitchen so they are there when you arrive.

Marge delivered our groceries (with lots of perishables---milk, eggs, cheese, etc.) to the front desk while we were at MK. The front desk stored the perishables in a cooler and when we got back from MK (at about 11pm) we called and bell services delivered them to our room.

Another yay for Marge! DH & I used her service last October for our trip for the F&W Festival. I had contacted her via email several months before and confirmed with her about 30 days from our arrival date. Sent our grocery order to her about 2 weeks before just in case there were any questions.

She was delivering groceries to another room and just happened to check to see if we had arrived yet - said it saved her a trip if we were there. Boy - were we ever glad! It saved us from having to eat out. We made sandwiches for supper and headed out to Epcot for our first F&W adventure.

If we ever return without a car, we will definitely use Wegoshop & Marge!!

Can you place a Wegoshop order during your stay?
We'll be at BCV for 10 days and are undecided whether we can get by on the the groceries at the hotel owned shop or not. So we may need to get additional items while we are alreday there.

The choices at the hotel shop are extremely limited not to mention pretty expensive. Perhaps you could contact the hotel directly to see if they have a list of items in their shop for planning purposes.

I have read before that Marge's appointments can fill up so I'm not sure if she is available for an impromptu shopping order. Email her and I'm sure she will be happy to answer any questions or concerns you have.

It would seem to me that if you want a few items to be ready when you arrive or for the first breakfast, the Disney grocery site is a good bet, then get someone less expensive to deliver your other items. Thet way you probably get the best of both worlds.
