We get surveys every time we get back...

Do they send out surveys for everyone who stays at WDW now? Seems every trip we get one when we get back. (Postcard asking us to log in to do an online survey.) This was our first trip as Disney Vacation Club members using our points and we still got one. Just curious....

We have been to our home resort twice and have not received a survey either time. Actually I have not heard of this until now.

I used to always get one. I used to laugh about how we always managed to be one of the "small but significant number" chosen. I figured they sent them to everyone and said it was just a small number. However, our last 2 trips we did not get one (OKW, BWV) so I guess our luck ran out!

Curious to see if I will get one on this upcoming trip.
My last one was not very favorable.
I voiced my opinions in a very polite way, but sad so say most of it was negative.
I'm very proud to be a DVC member, and I felt horrible about complaining.
But hopefully some improvements may come out of it.

We just finished our online survey regarding our December stay at VWL,this was the first time we received the postcard after a trip.The survey takes approximately 15-20 minutes and ask all types of questions regarding,rooms,CM'S,transportation,food ,parks,ect.

We have never received a survey request. Some on this board would say that is a good thing. I think that Disney would like to hear what I have to say. We are usually very satisfied with our stays, but may have a suggestion or two for what it's worth.

I hope that I get to do a survey in the future. I would welcome the opportunity to help DVC / WDW keep up the magic on track for future guests.

We have recieved the survey postcard for every DVC and Disney cash trip since 2000. I don't know why or if there is a pattern how they pick.

I just completed the survey for our Dec. VWL trip! It was our first trip, and it was wonderful, so I'm sure we skewed the statistics toward excellent!

We've always gotten a survey card too. We got two one year when we stayed at FW and BWV! I always complete them, wondering if Disney really listens to the feedback and hoping they do.

What I find interesting is that no matter how our trip is booked we still get one. Makes me wonder how their database is set up. We've gotten ones after using discounts from Disney Club, from discount codes found online, from special packages, EVEN after renting points form soemone! and now again thsi time as DVC members. How weird! When I rented I can't remmeber if they even had my home address? I guess they did?

Anyway, I'm always honest in the surveys. True, VWL is beautiful, but I did mention our check-in experience and towels and pillows missing, even the slow transportation. I figure that si what the survey is for, to find out what areas might need looking at. Did those things ruin the trip? Course not, they were very small things, but if numerous peopel mention the same things then it might need soem adjusting.

We received one after our last stay at VB.

I made sure to note the names of 2 of the CM's who went above and beyond.

I hope that DVC does look at these-the good and the bad.

On our recent trip we stayed at three resorts: Swan, BCV, and Polynesian (long story). We received a survey request from each. Just lucky I guess! Like DebbieB I suspected they send them to everyone, but apparently not.

We too always receive the survey card no matter how we reserve our room AP rate or DVC points. I assumed everyone must get them since we do for every visit. I was surprised to see that some never do get them. I do always fill them out.

Actually we seem to get survey requests for every hotel we stay at Hilton, Marriott, Sheraton. We even got a survey request for the Hampton Inn for our one night stay on the way down to WDW. I guess they just love my opinions!
