We Don’t See Tickets for These Guests?

60 days out today and I am trying to make FP selections and I am getting this message "We Don’t See Tickets for These Guests" DH and I have tickets and I made reservation. :mad: When I try to Link accounts messages says "This reservation was made by Me and is already linked to a Disney account. Please contact Me regarding this reservation." I made the reservation the day Free Dinning opened around 4am. Has anyone experienced this problem?
 
The booking window for FASTPASSES does not open until 7:00am eastern. That message should go away after 7:00am
 
Are your tickets linked in MDE? You may have to scan the tickets into the app and then link them. You don't need tickets to make an ADR, but you do need them for FP.

There are 31 days in July and August, so you may still be outside your 60 day window if you didn't take those extra days into account.
 
Thanks for the information I was able to make FastPasses after 7:00am on my iPad. Still can not make changes on my laptop it is an HP I can see all the selections I made just can't modify, I have to go back to my iPad to modify. Started to feel overwhelmed making my FastPass selections.
 

ConnecticutFlea, I did end up adding a day just didn't change my Countdown. Found $49 airfare each way with Southwest DH said to book the airfare before Free Dinning even came out.

When you say you are unable to make modifications to your FP selections on the computer, what exactly is preventing you from doing so? Does an error appear when you select the modify button?

The device should have no impact on your ability to modify already selected fastpasses
 
This is the message it gives me

"This reservation was made by (ME) and is already linked to a Disney account. Please contact (ME) regarding this reservation." The (ME) is my name, I made the reservation DH just goes along with me.

and there is an ! by my picture (Minnie Mouse) and it is grayed out.

I called once because my name was not assigned to the ticket, DH was assigned but not I. When I booked my December trip after I had already booked the September trip, I noticed that I was assigned to the tickets and my son was assigned for December. That made me notice I was not assigned for the September trip I called and talked with tech person and they fixed the problem so I could see it on my computer.
 
This scares me just tried to mess around with my FP's I sign in with my name and password on my laptop and it gives me this message "We Don’t See Tickets for These Guests" I can see my selections. When I go to my IPad with Safari it will not work there either. But if I go to the app on my ipad I can make changes. That is were I made all the selections.

Need to make a call to Disney. :mad:
 
Finally corrected. After talking with a very nice CM, who was very helpful. I needed to clear/delete my browser history of cookies, passwords, both on my laptop and my IPad. Didn't know how to do that and he even talked me through it, waited to make sure everything worked correctly.

Also when I called I just ask for tech support did not have to go through all the automated questions. Just to be asked those questions again when you got a live person.

Glad you got it worked out! The same thing happened to me when I went on at 7am on my FP day last week. I called and the lady on the phone was very helpful. I am not sure what she did to fix it on her end though, she just made me log out and log back in from my computer, and it worked.
