we didn't get our Kohls Cash!!

My mom and I went to Kohls last night and just realized we didn't get our Kohls cash! The clerk checking us out was a flake to begin with, and there were a few issues about prices - several of the same items in different sizes but not all had the clearance prices and the register didn't read them correctly.

Anyway, after all that (and more!!!) we were happy to be done and out of the store. It wasn't until later we realized she didn't give us our Kohls Cash!

I can't remember if the Kohls cash is itemized on the bottom of the receipt if its given? So will we be able to go back and claim it?

Ugh, Grrrrrr!!!

I'm thinking they should be able to tell if it was issued or not. I'd go back and talk to customer service.

I think it is printed on the bottom saying you earned X Kohl's cash with this purchase but then they print out a coupon at the register and hand it to you, If you have the receipt take it to customer service and ask or better yet find a manager they seem more helpful in those situations Good luck.

It is printed on receipt so just take it in and go to customer service. They will take care of it.

Kohl's is so customer friendly that they will be able to give it to you.

Also on your receipt it tells the Kohl's Cash # because sometimes when you do returns they take away some of the Kohl's cash, so they can just re-issue it for you.

I actually have a Kohl's receipt in front of me. I earned $10 in Kohl's Cash and yes, it is printed on my reciept, it also shows the certificate number, it says "$10 Kohl's Cash Activated 99999999", of course that's not the real number but you get the idea. I would definitely go back, speak with a manager, I'm sure they will help!
