We bought 160 at SSR yesterday. You all were SO helpful in making our decision. You are all so savvy about DVC- I really don't think I could have done it without you.
I think the biggest pearl of wisdom that I came accross in my research came from Crisi- she said something like - It isn't so much BWYWTS as it is Buy Where You Won't Mind Staying. That is how we settled on SSR. We are NOT hotel snobs- we love the values, mods, and deluxes- we don't mind taking busses... we are always just happy when we are at WDW. So we are very content with our decision.

Today is DH and my 12 year wedding anniv.- this is our combined Anniversary/Christmas gift to each other. We are so looking forward to taking our kids (ages 11, 9, and 3) grandkids (maybe even great grandkids ) to WDW for many years to come!

If this makes you feel any better, last year we were late in planning and had to settle for 8 nights at SSR. I REALLY didn't want to stay there as opposed to the other DVC resorts. It turns out that we all LOVED it. If we don't add-on at VWL, we will add-on at SSR.
