Well, we have decided to buy. We found a 150 point resale at Old Key West for $60.00 a point and have decided to buy it ($9,000).
I like the idea of the larger units and the lower maintenance fees. We have always enjoyed Caribbean Beach and thought that Old Key West kind of had that same tropical feel to it. We also love the Wilderness Lodge.
I'm a little nervous. We are very conservative, so this was a big decision. But, I don't think $60.00 a point comes along very often on 150 points, so thought we had better take it while we could get it.
My husband and I hugged each other said "Merry Christmas."
