Nice reviews and pics. We've always wondered if we could do the Deluxe DDP. We still might try it once and do one 2-credit meal each day, so it doesn't seem overwhelming.

Awesome reviews and pictures! I have read many reviews where the DDxP is way too much food for people...I could not imagine eating that much stuff in one day, especially in that heat! When we were there in May it was so hot, 94-97 every single day, and all I wanted to do was just drink water and the thought of food had me spinning!

Most of your dishes are what I would have ordered..you have me very excited about Rose & Crown...we have not been there before but we are going to try it in Oct.

I think a big part of it was the heat...I just don't feel like eating that heavy when the temperature is approaching 100!

That was a great report! I believe it's really accurate too. We have never done the dining plan and don't really plan to, for the exact reasons you mentioned here.

Not only because it's too much food (I mean seriously, who eats that much?) but I don't like the idea of being tied to reservations and being overly scheduled. I have heard from friends that say they are barely over their last meal and it's time to eat again! And it's big stuff, it's just too much.

We have a few reservations every few days to places we love and toss in some new ones to try. Never 2 in one day. That just seems nuts to us.

Maybe because we live in a city where there are options for all sorts of great food, and we eat out a lot, it's not that big of a deal to us at Disney. We love the Food & Wine Festival. Can't wait to go back in October. Touring around the booths over a couple days time is perfect.

We were just there last month...June 21-25. The Fried Zucchini was on the menu.

I see it on the menu now- I just saw you wrote "not on the menu" but you meant the online menu (right?). I took your statement literally. So excited! We have a late ADR for August (9:15) and I was thinking I would just get an appetizer while DH gets an entree....that fried zucchini looks amazing.

great reviews! hoping to make it to CG again our next trip and FF for the first time.

you have also helped confirm our decision to skip any DP this time around. We always go over on TS credits for the reg DP because we really like TS restaurants. But prefer app to dessert but I think DxDP would be too much food.

That was my faulty memory...DH set me straight today! I went back and fixed the post!
