We finally closed at SSR.

Thanks go to the staff at TSS/TCS for making this process go so smoothly.

44 days from start to finish!!! that is AMAZING!

We can't wait to make our reservations for our first trip home!

Congratulations!!! That's awesome! We're waiting on our ROFR to come back (submitted on 2/13) and then hopefully we'll be closing too! If you don't mind me asking, what kind of deal did you get at SSR and how long did it take to hear back from Disney? Again, CONGRATS!

we paid $83ppt for a Feb use (200pts). All of 2007 were banked and all 2008 available.

We submitted offer 1/8, passed ROFR 1/15, received closing documents 2/15 and closed 2/21.

Now we are waiting (I hear 7-10 days) for Disney to have us in their system to make our first ressie.
