We started with bread and they brought a dish with butter, roasted garlic and humus which was all great. DH had te Greens Salad and I had Caesar Salad. My husband liked his greens salad and said the dressing, Papyua Seed Vinaigrette, was very good. My Caesar salad was ok. Nothing special. DH choose the Snapper which came with yellow rice and sauteed spinach and he said it was excellent. I wanted the tuna and usually have trouble getting it cooked the way I like it. I know everyone likes it rare, but I don't. I asked the waiter if they would cook it the way I wanted it and he said yes. So I took the chance. When it came out the presentation was great. There were two nice size peices of tune on the plate. Now the test had they cooked it the way I wanted or the waythey wanted. It was cooked to perfection. Just a little pink in the middle, but no raw meat at all. It was great. This was also served with yellow rice that was very tasty and moist and sauteed baby spinach leaves that were very tender and good.
We did not have desert, because that was saved for Beaches and Cream.
Would I go back. Yes. The sevice was great and the food was great.
