We went for my birthday with friends of ours yesterday and stayed overnight at WL. We both got invites to take the tour at SSR, and we would receive $100 Disney dollars. We went this morning (just to get the $100 - do you believe this?) and we BOTH bought 200 points!!!
I am anxious because it is alot of money but I know it will payoff in the longrun and we love Disney. Our sales person told us to ask any DVC member what they think about ownership...and he bet they would tell us they all love it.
So I am asking you all...do you have any regrets?

Absoultely no regrets. Beware though... You're probably going to catch a disease called Add-onitis. It's very powerful and all-consuming!!! We started out with 175 points are up to 425, with no end in sight!!!! Welcome Home!!!

Regrets???? The only regret we have is that we didn't do it in 1992 when we first heard of it! We bought in '97 and it has been the best thing we have ever done!

Like others have said our only regret is that we didn't buy sooner. We seriously considered it in 1997, got cold feet then didn't buy until 2001. We are very happy we joined...no regrets!
