We are new members today!!

It is now official, we are now a new owner of the Beach Club Villas!! I can't believe we finally did it. We also bought sight unseen, so I can't imagine how beautiful they are. We have stayed at POR all these years, which we have loved. We were able to bank 2002 points and combine them with 2003 and get a full week in a one BR this April. Our use year will be March. I can't wait!!!

Wmeehan, we have not "closed" yet. Today we gave a 500.00 deposit by credit card and 2 hours later got our member number to make our first ressie. We will be sending the rest of the down payment in a couple of weeks, along with the documents they are sending us to sign in the mail. I'm not really sure how long the entire process will take.
