We arrived kinda late in the evening and are staying at PP. Out boys are so excited I think I'm going to have to sit on them to sleep.

The wifi at PP isn't very good, is it?

Does anyone know if HMH is open during MM?

There was a crowd at the elevators as we were waiting to go up. I spoke with a Grandma that said its so hot it's miserable, and she has no intention of going into the parks tomorrow. Gosh, I hope we do okay in the heat

Only Fantasy Land and Tomorrow Land rides are open for early entry. We never had any issue with WiFi at PPH

Same.

I know the crowd-at-elevator mention was just to set the scene, but remember that the glass elevator closer to the front desk is available for those going up. If someone is nervous, they just turn their backs on the view (and maybe close their eyes to avoid the reflection of the view). Much quicker.

Congratulations on being at DL!pixiedust: Just remember to drink lots of cool water, avoid sodas n fruit juice, do the water rides n airconditioned shows during the afternoon:beach: All our besteseseseses!

Have fun! We just left PP last week. Yes, I did notice their WIFI was slow as well.

Remember to cut through the Grand Californian to enter the parks. So much faster!

Also, we grabbed breakfast in the cafe in the lobby a few times. Very quick and good. You can even order some foods off of the PCH grill menu. Too, although they say you always need reservations for PCH, I found you didn't. Just go up and ask if they have an open table.

Don't hate me for saying this.......it's because you are suppose to put your electronics away at the happiest place and enjoy your family ...... :scared1:

The first few years my kids were mad when I took their phones/electronics away when we arrived at the hotel -- now they gladly hand them over and have already told those traveling with us that there will be NO PHONE usage during the trip, they like "going back in time"!!! It's good for us all to disconnect from everyone but family:grouphug:

(but we have rules at home also -- no phones during dinner time, it's big Italian family visiting/chaos time instead)

Hoper you are having a great time -- I'm a little jealous right now.

Of course I wouldn't hate you for that!

We left all electronics in the room except for phones. I'm the one who uses phone/iPad the most.
One, I must annoy my little sister back home. It's my job(and she's looking after my dog). And two, I've been able to look up useful things (such as - can you buy underwear in the park to help one of my kids out of a little problem?)

We will be traveling another week after this and I was hoping to download a movie before we left for the car. And, I'm on right now while everyone's asleep to plan tomorrow.

With 103 degrees in Anaheim, I was wondering if it keeps the annual pass people away from the parks.

Those are VERY good points, I stand corrected:rotfl2:
