we have our ADRs ready but what about counter sevice meals....we are staying at OKW so i was thinking for one counter service lunch Earl of Sandwich...give me 5 more that are really good

Sunshine Seasons has a wide and good variety and the fish and chips place in the UK pavilion is usually pretty good. Also in DTD Wolfgang Puck Express is good. In MK I like Pecos Bill's and Cosmic Ray's. Columbia Harbor House is also good. Unfortunately I understand they took the antipasto salad off the menu at Pinnochio Haus. That was one of my favorite hot day meals. In DAK Flame Tree BBQ. I don't have much to recommend in DHS.

Depending on whether or not you have children, my family and I went to Toy Story Pizza Planet this plast year and loved it. I mean if your not crazy about pizza, then I would say skip it, but it was decent (line was kinda long) but moved quickly.
My family also likes the food area inside the land area near soarin' they always have different types of things and being my dad is diabetic, this was a great place for him to eat.
Hopefully this gives you 2 more suggestions. If you have never had disney's chicken fingers, you should try them....they are too dies for!! Seriously they are the best chicken fingers I have ever eaten (and I have eaten plenty in my day). My family all makes fun of me for this, but who cares, I love them. You can get them pretty much anywhere as a counter service meal.
