Well we are back in sunny old England LOL :rotfl: ...had a wonderful time...never done so much walking in all my life, so glad we took buggies for the kids. Survived Wilma....met a lovely family from Key West who were riding out the storm at M.K and were`nt sure what would face them when they got home!

Thumbs Up... :teeth:
Great flight from American Airlines
Pirate cruise for the kids (cancelled due to stormy weather, but luckily was able to snag two cancellations a couple of days later) They thought it was Fantastic!
MNSSHP...worth EVERY penny rode every ride NO LINES..some we didnt get off, just kept riding... FANTASTIC
Story book princess meal at Epcot ..a bit expensive but food was good, princesses were very chatty, and it was sooo good just to sit down.
Fantasmic meal package at the Hollywood and Vine ..Strange food but great to get a good seat for the show.
Chef mickeys Great food great entertainment.
Kids being old enough to go on all thr rides orlando can throw at them.
American Prices Dont you just love shopping.
Family vote for Best ride ...Back to the future at Universal...followed closely by splash Mountain and test track..

Thumbs down
We stayed in a lovely apartment with all the mod cons you could point a stick at but WHY oh WHY wasnt the pool heated...
So thats about it.. I could go on, but if any one has any questions feel free :wave2:

Hi

We bought ours from Virgin Store at DTD West Side. We paid $370 for 2 games. They do not sell the console seperately. Only prob with buying from the USA is that your warranty is non existant once you leave the USA. We bought one and took the risk.

Have you tried Amazon.co.uk?

Most places we've looked are out of stock,at least they have them over there so we'll have a look around. We will be at DTD so we can get one there.
Thanks for the info. :)

 Welcome Back, Glad you had a good time, Just one question, was Jaws open at US, have been a few times but never managed to do this one, it was either broken down or hour long queues. :)

and are you doing a TR

would love to hear about the priate cruise
I couldn't get my son on it last year all sold out

Welcome back

Know what you mean about your children being able to go on all the rides with you.

I now have no excuses for not riding anything. Will I ever go on Hulk?

Welcome home!

It sounds like you had a great time! Brrr to the pool though, I like mine heated as well :)

Wilma was just a windy /rainy morning for us..although the parks were closed in the morning except for sea-world...but every T.V station were advising people what to do the closer you were to the hurracane...by 2pm it was blue skies and sunshine although still a little windy and the next two days were on the cool side..It has made me think twice about going in hurracane season again though. Yes I will do a Trip report..the girls were full of it (pirate cruise) and all the Booty they had got...they thought it was hilarious that they had left one of the selfish naughty pirates on a deserated island (an adult, not a child I hasten to add)

Yes It was really good going on the rides..our Six year old is SO PROUD she`s been on the tower of terror!!!.. As for the Hulk -NO WAY..although my Husband says I would have loved it.

Our son (9) did the pirate cruise last week. After dropping him off at the GF [did you read the liability waiver you had to sign, scary stuff] we caught the launch to MK (via PR). On the crossing from the PR to MK the launch captain made a comment about pirates being active on the lagoon, just as we approached the pirtate cruise boat. Right on cue there was a loud chorus of <FX: Piratey voice>"Ahh"</FX> from the other boat. It made me laugh any way.

DS loved the pirate cruise and the booty.

The age range is a little wide but he'd recommend it.

:) Chris

what does "MNSSHP" stand for I am intrigued.........

Also I sympathise about the pool situation, when I went two years ago I stayed in a villa and the pool wasn't heated, as it was december the sun wasn't hot enough to heat it up during the day....seemed like such a waste!!!!

MNSSHP = Mickeys Not So Scary Halloween Party
and MVMCP = Mickeys Very Merry Christmas Parade

Yes I read the waiver,(agree VERY SCARY stuff, BIG GULP) but only after the girls had got their life jackets and bandanas on and were strutting about making pirate noises...I think i`d have been walking the plank if I`d backed out and said they couldn`t go LOL..I guess everything in life carries a risk but it`s scary when it`s spelt out for you
