I made the final payment yesterday for our 2nd annual trip to the fort to celebrate our wedding anniversary (29th). We arrive on Saturday January the 23rd and don't have to leave until Sunday February the 1st.
After last years trip ( and many hours spent here) I learned some things and made some changes for this year. We were in the 300 loop last year and realized that with just the two of us (and four fur kids) we did not need the sand pad (most of which made it's way into the coach) so I upgraded to a premium site this year. I added more fort days (9 in the fort and 5 in the parks) so we could have some down time. I paid for the internet access and even set up a small WiFi hot spot for us to use the last time, but only one PC could be online at a time so this year we will "tether" our cell phones so we both can surf at the same time.
