We had a health and wellness day last week.
The day was to promote heathy eating, exercise among other things.
We have been challanged by our office in New Brunswick. The challenge was to eat healthy, exercise 20 minutes a day and lose 1 (one) pound per person over the next week. We are planning to walking during our morning and afternoon breaks
There were 20 people in our department that accepted the challenge. I have been trying to lose weight for the 6 months anyway. The weigh in was this morning.
I will let you know how the challenge goes.

A week has passed all put one of our group(of 26) have weight out and a total loss of 27 pounds. One of our weight gainers might not be a true increase as they are on holidays and used a different scale. One indivusual lost 5 pounds and another 3. Myelf I lost a poumd. not enough to change my clip art. There were some in our group they are smokers are smoking less now. At least it a start.
 
Good for you!! Now- go out there and show 'em how a WISHer really works!
