Can anyone give me a brief synopsis of how this Survivor fantasy league works? I've never done the Survivor league before and I'm too lazy to read the rules

Adri -- pick four people (preferably not including Nicole, seeing how she got booted ). You get points for them doing stuff (crying, winning challenges, etc.) and then you can assign bonus categories to each person you choose as well. If the person does the thing you assigned to them, you get another 40 bonus points.

...and after every show, these points are awarded. Each week you can, if you want to, swap any or all of your 4 players in and out of your team. As the show progresses (if you watch) you will get a better idea on who you think will score the most points the next week and who won't.

It's part guessing, part strategy. You should get familiar with how the points are awarded as well as what the bonus points are. They will help you decide who is more apt to score points as opposed to someone else. It is NOT just picking who you think will survive and who will get booted.

BTW....If your pic next to your name is correct ITSA....looks like congratulations are in order...you won your third Emmy for outstanding actor in a drama series...now if the damn Sopranos Season 4 would just come out on DVD (no, I don't have HBO...) then I'd be happy...(not that you needed to know that )

I have to admit, I watched part of Miss America to see Clay sing, and he did a great job. I really like that song. I have to admit though, those little facial things he's back to doing are sooooooooooooo dorky - I bet he's getting a lot of chicks though.

That was the highest rated Miss America Pageant in years. Hmmmm. That's due to My Man Clay!!!

If I remember correctly, Clay is not Adriannas type. She was simply commenting on how great he sounded.

She's more the Javy type, right Adri

Oh yes Lizzie you remember correctly. Clay's about the geekiest guy I've ever seen but he's got one heckuva voice, and I think he's definitely an original, and that's cool. As for my 'attractions,' the guy I like is over 6 feet tall, dark hair, blue eyes, muscles in all the right places and preferably heavily into sports..... see picture in my sig for da ultimate man, in my book.

Why is a guy like that so darn hard to find?

Thank goodness he can't enter that again. But I guess I should be grateful for the exposure it gave him and the clayniacs it created.

Someone will replace him in American Idol, but I'm loyal to my favorites.

I'd love to help you there Adri, but I think I'm attracted to the geeky, just under 6 feet tall (except Clay who is 6'1" and has green eyes) kind of guy

Thanks lizzie. We get the keys at 4 this afternoon. Needless to say, I won't be around at all the rest of the week.

Don't I know it. We were in our old house for 11 years. Luckily our furniture and stuff looked pretty worn and I didn't want to bring it into a brand new house, so we gave most of it away or just chucked it.

But Stuff, that's another story. The garbage men hated us the couple of weeks before we moved.

I still have "stuff" from when we moved three years ago...still sitting in boxes in the basement. I've recently managed to get rid of everyone else's stuff they "temporarily" stored down there for the past couple years though.
