WDWINFO.COM on a Mac

I've tried emailing them feedback, but I can't get it to work so I'll try posting here, maybe it will somehow get back to the people in charge of that site.

That website does not display well (at least on my Mac). In Netscape (4.7), it displays vvveeerrrryyy slowly and in IE it only displays the first window....anything that I scroll down to doens't display at all. Very frustrating.

Even the discussion forums show up crazy on Netscape. Each column is about 40+ characters wide. It is a total mess. IE 5 does alright for me except for the chat room. Neither IE nor Netscape will work with the chat room. I do not believe that we will be able to get them to do anything about it. It seems that something in the latest code for web site construction programs is not Mac friendly. In fact I have gone to some sites that will not load at all. Instead you get a message saying that this site does not support the Mac platform. Personally, I believe that Microsoft has begun introducing glitches into the code to attempt to sabotage Macs to discourage people from purchasing Apple products.

I don't believe the individual site designers are against Macs. It is just that the programs they use to build the sites have been booby trapped to either refuse Mac access or to make the access so poor that people don't want to use Macs on them. I think (I'm not sure) that it has a lot to do with Java programming.

I DO wish that site designers, like Pete or whomever does his programming, would complain about this to the people who provide their software.

Yup! There is something on the content pages that doesn't sit well with Macs The only way I can see the content is in the very latest version of Navigator - that works.
