If you were traveling with 3 adults (me, DH and my mom), a 3.5 year old, and a 10-15 month old, what lodging would you recommend? Looking at either a 5 night stay with 4 days in parks or a 6 night stay with 4 days in parks and one rest day.
A cabin at Fort Wilderness seemed like the best option, but it kicked up the price by $1K (thinking of taking advantage of their free dining plan in September). I don't know if Fort Wilderness is any more convenient than any non-Disney options. Would a second room at Caribbean Beach Resort run much higher? I've only stayed at the Hilton at Downtown Disney before, so I have no experience with Disney resorts or other area hotels.
