Our trip to WDW is in November and I received our welcome packet today. It came with the booklet, sticker sheet, and the parties advertisement. In 2023, for our last trip, we also received luggage tags. We booked our resort through Disney. The envelope came unsealed so I am just checking to see what others received in their packets. Thanks so much.

I never received luggage tags for either of my 2024 trips. I honestly had kind of forgotten. When I called after getting home, I was told that I could go to the front desk of my hotel and get them - which did me no good since I was home.

For my upcoming trip in October, I called actually last week to ask about them - and explained about not getting them my last two trips. After a bit of back and forth and being on hold, I was told that they dont mail them any more - to go to the front desk at my hotel to get them.

OK.

Them my packet arrived 2 days ago and included luggage tags, They are kind of glued to the packet - so cant easily fall out. And there would be a blank space where they were.

I suggest calling - or just going to your front desk.

I mentioned how stupid it was to have to get them ONCE YOU'RE THERE - LOL!

Good luck.

Thanks so much! I will definitely be calling them. There is a little rip on the back of the envelope, so I am thinking someone stole them and the envelope wasn't sealed. If true, that's pretty lame! It's not a big deal but for the prices we pay I want ALL the goodies lol.

Update: We called and they said our packet should have had the luggage tags and mini golf and ESPN wide world of sports vouchers. They are sent from a 3rd party so there was nothing guest services could do about our missing items. We will have to ask the front desk for them when we check in, as you stated above. Thanks again for your help! We arrive 11-29 and I can't wait!

When we went to Disney a few years ago, I can recall similar 'extras' in our package. Honestly, I don't know there is any need for luggage tags since every airline now prints an adhesive strip with flight/passenger/destination information. Many of the other items we never used. Some were a few % off of purchases from various stores. The 'free' mini golf also had restrictions on when you could use it and as I recall was mostly for times when the majority of people would likely be at one of the parks. Essentially the items were advertised as a 'perk' of staying with Disney, but I suspect the majority of people never use any of them.
