We are taking DD for her 2nd trip to WDW next week.

We went down in June when she she was 3 months and it was **HOT** (of course), so I am hoping the weather is a bit milder this time.

So much has changed in the past 4 months, I am sure that she is going to "enjoy" this trip more. She did great last time - but is now at an age where things excite her and make her laugh!

Any recommended areas or attractions that other babies this age have particularly enjoyed?? Any play areas where I can put her down (other than baby care centers). I anticipate that our biggest problem will be that she won't want to be confined in the stroller and/or our arms all day - now that she is a "big girl" and crawls and pulls her self to standing - she likes her "freedom" as much as possible!

Thanks!

Do you have a carrier that you use with her? We went on vacation when my littlest was about 7 months old, and he just loved being in his Sutemi. It's funny because he would have fussed if we'd held him very long, and of course, our arms would have gotten tired, but he loved being in his carrier. I carry him on the front, and my DH carries him on his back.

My DD wasn't moving when we went at 7 months so pretty much she was stroller bound or carried the whole time. I found that really she wasn't aware of too much yet. DH and I pretty much planned the trip for what we wanted to do and she was along for the ride. She probably will enjoy the stimulation and the sights, especially some of the play areas. We took DD on a lot of the calmer rides. She was a little scared by loud noises so we had to avoid some of the theater shows.

She mostly napped in the stroller or baby carrier. I definitely agree with the PP to bring some sort of carrier, especially as so many buildings don't allow strollers. She was very tired by the end of the day, so most nights she crashed while we were eating which made it nice! Have a great time, I am sure it will be a lot of fun! JJ
