WDW twinned with Swindon...

I juts found this out today-how bizarre. Apparently there is a plaque somewhere to commemorate this-does anyone know where it is. My dad is fascinated by this story and I think I might challenge my DSis and DNephs to find the plaque on their visit in April....

It's in the town centre, I believe. It has been twinned for well over a year now, there was a competition run to nominate your town to be twinned with WDW and Swindon (of all places) won.

The girl who nominated Swindon won a trip to WDW with her partner - she posted here on the DIS a few times, if I recall.

ETA - just realised you mean where at WDW. I am not entirely sure it will still be there - I think the twinning only lasted a year.

I live 15 mins from Swindon will have to look out when I go to Swindon next wonder if it's still in Epcot probably not as there always changing things but you never no
