WDW Tickets w/ Hopper from 2020 vs. 2021 Tickets

I currently have 3 tickets for 8 days with Hopper pass (from our cancelled 2020 spring vacay). We are now considering a shorter trip in June 2021 (5 nights, 4 days) and are considering only doing 1 park per day since we will only have 4 free days due to late flight on arrival day and an early departure day. I am considering cancelling my tickets for a refund and rebooking the one park per day tickets but read rumors the prices for 2021 are increasing. I posted this on another group and was told my current tickets will be cheaper to keep (with hopper...incase it's back to use in 2021) then trying to get the 4 day tickets. I have not pulled out my original cost of the tickets vs playing around for the tickets since the "shorter trip" for 2021 is still up in the air. Has anyone else heard this drastic price increase? In general 2021 prices increased. Have you checked prices for your June 2021 dates? There are so many variables in pricing now. Your new dates may be less expensive (shorter ticket + non-hopper) but it may or may not be not a large savings.
