WDW tickets still good at Disneyland?

Just checking. This works with expiring MYW WDW tickets too, as long as they are within 14 days of first use, yes?

I have been told on this board that they are. I am planning to use 3 days of an 8 day ticket at WDW and the remaining 5 at DLR within the 14 day window of first use when I go in August. We will drive to WDW, stay four nights, then fly to DLR and stay five nights. So excited!

^Thanks Rosanne. We're headed to WDW from San Diego this spring, and hope to use a couple of leftover days here at home. I'll post my experiences here so you'll have recent confirmation (I hope :))

Sorry to bring up and old post ...... I was wondering if this is still in effect. We have some old WDW park hoppers tickets that are the non-expiring type and we have a couple of waterpark days remaining on them. Could I still add a day to these tickets for use in Disneyland?

Thanks!

I have the same situation....subbing to see if I can upgrade these for my upcoming Disneyland trip this summer.

:thumbsup2

If you use a WDW non-expiring hopper ticket at Disneyland, you have to trade it for one-day hopper at the turnstiles. If you have more than one day on the WDW ticket, you have to still make this exchange each morning. You cannot upgrade them or put their value toward a hopper at Disneyland.

:headache:

Wish I'd known this a few days ago. I had two days left on my 4 day WDW ticket. It was only $75 to add the non expiration clause!

Well if the ticket is more than 14 days since first use, you can't add a day or modify it at all. (it doesn't expire, but you still can't change it after 14 days)

But if you already have an extra day on it, you can still, as far as anyone knows, use it at Disneyland.

Thanks for the replies. We only have waterpark days left on our passes, so I'll leave those for our next trip to WDW. I'll buy a few one day passes for our DL trip in March at the turnstile.

We have used WDW passes at DL a few times. We sometimes buy 10 day no expire WDW hopper passes, to use on several trips to WDW. If a DL trip comes up, we have used them there, too. It depends, if I am going to DL for 4-5 days, I buy a DL pass. But if it is for 1-2 days, we have used the WDW passes.

It is a little delay at the turnstiles, when the go to call WDW to have them remove a day of use from the WDW pass, and give you a one day hopper. I could never understand why they do not have you go to guest relations, but I guess they want to make SURE you use it immediately, and not get the one day hopper and sell it or something.

We were thinking of doing the same thing....going to WDW in November, and thinking of buying 6 day tickets expiring tickets, with the intent of using a day or two (in case we can't make it to the parks the whole time we are there) back when we are home within the 14 days.

Does anyone know whether UN-expired tickets work at Disneyland as well (as opposed to (NON-expiring tickets)?
