Hi all. We will be visiting WDW in October for 2 weeks. Can anyone offer suggestions on offsite ticket vendors or did you buy directly from Disney? Any problems with The Official Ticket Center locations?? They seem to offer the best value with their current 4days with 5th day free offer. Thanks :-}:cool1:

We bought our tickets through Undercover Tourist as well. Subscribe to the Mousesavers newsletter (I think it's Mousesavers.com) and then follow the link within it to the UT site. The newsletter will be emailed to you once/month, usually around the 15th.

Agree with all re Undercover Tourist / Mousesavers, we did that for an upcoming trip. Every dollar saved is a dollar that can be spent on Dole Whip Floats, Mexican Margaritas and Biergarten beverages. :yay: (oh, 10 days of snow and freezing rain to go....will I make it?)

Apparently you can just have them add your park tickets to your Keys to the World.

A couple of other thoughts since you aren't going for a while.

UT often offers up specials as well. It can be worth waiting for the same sort of "buy 4 get the 5th day free" offer.

UT ships pretty fast, so you don't need to buy too far in advance. 3-4 weeks should leave plenty of leeway to get your tix (ours arrived in 2 business days). BUT be aware that Disney usually hikes prices in August, although they did not keep to that schedule in 2011, so it could be anytime. UT continued to offer the old pricing for a few days after the change, so you may be able jump in on old pricing even if you are playing the waiting game, but keep your eyes peeled!

UT offers tickets on the Disney "soft" stock - same as you get at the park entrance. Tickets ordered direct from Disney online come on plastic "credit card" stock. That's a lot to pay for a more durable ticket however. (Yes, I lied when I said I only use UT - they don't carry two day passes and that is all my DSIL wanted to get; so we paid the outrageous shipping charges and ordered direct from Disney).
