WDW Themed Party ???

I'm going to throw a WDW themed party for the family this month to discuss plans for our May 2011 trip. I totally want it to be ALL park themed! Food, decorations.. you name it. I know I've seen threads on ideas but can't seem to find them now. Care to share some ideas here? Please...

I'm going to do a buffet for the food. Finger stuff. Both snacky and mealy type things since the party will run 3pm-8pm. I've had a few ideas....

Mad Tea Party Tea Sandwiches
Honey I Shrunk the Pigs in a Blanket (made w/ mini weiners)
Pirates of the Caribbean Jerk Chicken
Jungle Cruise - Life Savers
Dumbo the Flying Elephant - Circus Peanuts
Toy Story Pizza Planet - Pizza (duh LOL!)

You get the idea of what I'm shooting for...

As for the decorations... I'm going to put Hidden Mickey's all over the house (for the kids and the kid's at heart), decorate with Mickey balloons, plush character's my kids have, Disney memorablia that I've collected...

Any other ideas would be GREATLY appreciated!!!!! TIA!!!
