WDW Theater in the Wild Survives Tarzan

Last week, we ran a new rumor from one of our intrepid reporters, who heard that the Theater in the Wild would be completely demolished after the Tarzan Rocks show closes in March. We have since confirmed that the theater will not be demolished. The stage, lighting and sound system will all be gutted and the theater will be completely enclosed, as with the Lion King theater in Camp Minnie-Mickey. When the theater is completed, a new Finding Nemo-based show will debut in late 2006 or early 2007.

Great, why don't they just rename DisneyWorld to NemoWorld? Oops, I forgot they will open the new show & then after a couple of months shut it down for a major rehab like they did with Crush's Turtle Talk due to the Living Seas Closure.

The rumor of enclosing this theater had been out there I seem to recall because of noise interference from Everest.
