I'm not sure if anyone will remember a post I had a couple of months ago. In a nutshell; I ordered my AP's from the Disney store the week before the prices were going up and was fully assured I would be paying the old price. Well, when they came in the CM at the Disney Store said no way, I had to pay the now current price for the AP's. (Ironically, she charged me full price for the adult AP's, the old price for the child AP's). Anyway, I complained to the manager and he told me I would have to take it up with the CM's at Disney World. He gave me all my paperwork and the receipt and wished me good luck. I figured I was out of luck. But I went to guest relations to activate my AP's and showed them the paperwork and they never even questioned it. They activated the AP's and handed me roughly $50 in Disney dollars. So I got the refund on the two adult AP's. It was really a nice surprise for our visit and gave me back a little more confidence in Disney.(I have always found the CM's at WDW to be very accommodating.). Hope this can help someone if they have the same situation!
