WDW Specialists’s called me today.....

I didn’t make it to the phone on time, a CM was left to return the call tomorrow or Tuesday. I called back anyway and the CM said it had to do with my disability, he couldn’t help me I need to call back tomorrow and ask for Helen, she had already left for the day.
Our reservations aren’t until Dec, I have an HA room at AKL
What do you think she wanted??? Waiting is got my mind a wondering lol

Hmmmm perhaps based on ur room request/medical issue they need to move u elsewhere... like some Extra Pixie Dust upgraded room ???

I saw a story that there is renovation at Jambo House for room refurbishment- Mid 8/2018- Fall 2019.
I wonder if it’s behind schedule and they are calling because the room that was set for you will not be available.
If it’s not, they may need to get more information about your needs so they can assign a different room.

Update: yes the room type I reserved is not available due to the renovations, they are supposed to return my call tomorrow but they would like to move us to a King with a daybed, oddly the room I wanted but was unavailable lol
So a tad of pixie dust because I am now getting what i wanted
But I just got to thinking, we might take the nephew, changes won’t be made until tomorrow, Helen is out today, so I better get a plan B in mind arg lol
