WDW restaurant service on holidays?

Specifically Ohana on Father's day. Wondering if the service is apt to be better or worse compared to a non-holiday day especially wondering if we might get worse than usual service that day since there will be no man (no father) eating with me (a mom) and my son.

I would think it would be the same as any other day. All kinds of families visit WDW every day, no one will pay attention to who makes up a group.

If you have bad service during your meal, I wouldn't chock it up to being Father's Day. We had terrible service there in December and it was just a regular day!
