Wdw Resort Vacancy - April/may

I looked on line (which I know isn't always 100% accurate) for vacancy on the Saturday nights from this weekend (Apr 23 to June 4th) and I rated it based on no-vacancy (5 pts per resort) and limited rooms (1-3 pts per resort) - I looked at all WDW resorts (except home away from home & wilderness). The higher the pts the less the vacancy

Apr 23 - 50 pts (7 WDW resorts had no vacancy & most had limited)
Apr 30 - 2 pts (all WDW hotels had vacancy just a couple of limits)
May 7 - 15 pts
May 15 - 30 pts
May 22 - 12 pts
May 28 - 34 pts
June 4th - 0 pts (all WDW hotels had vacancy)

Obviously the closer to the date, the more rooms booked so booking will go up for later dates as more people make plans.

It looks like the w/o April 23 is much worse than the week of April 30 which looks great.
The second week of May is much worse than first week of May which is similar to Memorial day!!

I would just say that the weekend of the 23 is bad. Due to some schools in the NE having off the 3rd week of April and some the 4t week this is going to be a turnover weekend. The people who were off the 3rd week of April leaving Sat/Sun while the people with the last week of April start arriving on the 22nd. I think that the 23rd there will be ALOT of people checking out and ALOT of people checking in. The following weekend of the 30th there will be ALOT checking out but problably no near as many checking in.
