Hi, does anyone have an idea of what time the Disney transport buses start running in the morning?

About an hour before park opening or so I seem to recall.

Claire ;)

The first bus is usually early enough to get people to the parks for the first ADRs so around 7:45ish.

we have an ADR at 8.00am at Animal kingdom when it opens at 9.00am, we are staying at Port Orleans Riverside and I read that the buses get busy at this resort.

May be an idea to ask at Front Desk I am sure they can suggest a suitable way. Buses do get busy but only at peak times and dates ie closing time around the holidays.

we had an 8:00 am ADR at Donalds, AK last year and were staying at POFQ. the bus that picked us up at about 07:30 -07:40 ish was dropping lots of people to different parks for adrs, just make sure you inform someone at transport the evening before and they'll make sure you get there.

Hi, thank you for that info, I was starting to worry about making the ADR.

We've got a 8am ADR at Donalds for our first day, so the night before will be our arrival day. You say to inform 'transport', - how? Should I mention it to the desk on check in or do you have to phone someone?

as your checking in Wendy tell them at the desk, they may ask you to call transport (which you can do on your in room phone) or they may tell them directly themselves, don't panic, its Disney - its all good.
