Wdw resort $10 charge on credit card

im guessing it's from
be our guest as we had 2 separate reservations:
1 for me& dh. (10.25am)
1 for ds (10.15am)
We all attended together &
they scanned 2 magic bands

How easy to obtain refund?!

Call them. We've been charged no show fees in the past when we actually dined at the restaurants. They will reverse the charge.

1) Chances are you both checked-in together.
2) They did not recognize the second ADR.
3) This not their fault, but call and they might remove the charge.

We got a charge last year . Since we had shown up for our ADRs or had cancelled at least a day before I called. Found out it was for 50s PTC where we did eat and showed up on time. I got our receipt and called back with the info to get it reversed.
