WDW Private Renewal and Night Out

We are new to these boards and hoping to get some suggestions regarding renewing our vows in DisneyWorld really soon. We are taking our 3 kids and my mom, but they will all be going back to the room in the early evening on Saturday (our anniversary of only 6 years - but very important and challenging years). At that point we plan to eat dinner together and share vows and a personal 'ceremony' we have put together just for the two of us. We are really fun people and typically enjoy many different activities, but just don't know where is best for everything on this one night.

Any suggestions for dinner (we've considered Raglan Road??) are appreciated. Also, for our private ceremony (literally just the two of us), we would like somewhere somewhat romantic, ideally near water and quiet enough to share our written thoughts -- this is really where we need help because we can't find any ideas that don't cost tons of money online. We don't want to spend money if possible. Also, any ideas for after all this -- we've considered Jellyrolls -- but timing is an issue too if we can't get there till much later.

Hi from another VR bride!!! Ours is in May at the Swan
I am not sure how much money you wish to spend, but it would be lovely to have dinner at one of the restaurants at the Grand Floridian (Citricos, V & A's or the Grand Floridian cafe) and then, after dinner, wander down to the Marina and have your private ceremony just before 'Wishes' starts and then watch the fireworks together!! I think that would be very romantic!!
