WDW-PORT Car Rental Info please

Hi there,

We are heading off on our first cruise in Oct and have looked for car rental info about drop off etc, and it's been useful but can anyone suggest the best way they know where to rent a car, for a one day hire leaving from a pick up point near the Beach Club with a reasonable drop off point nearer the port.

And also for the same on the return then dropping off at the Wilderness Lodge.

I heard Budget has a location near Downtown Disney and they are right near the port,they have a shuttle that brings you to the ship.

The Budget office is at the Doubletree Hotel on Hotel Plaza Blvd, near DTD.

There is also an Avis located at the Hilton on Hotel Plaza Blvd. I believe Avis also has a shuttle to the port.

National has an office at the Dolphin, but they do not provide a shuttle to the port. When we used National, our taxi from the port to the office was about $12.
