WDW planning DVD

I just ordered the planning DVD. Years ago, I remember getting a discount coupon along with the video. Can someone please tell me if there is a discount/coupon currenlty?

We got the planning dvd a few months ago. There wasnt a discount/coupon code in it.

We received our planning DVD about 2 months ago. There were only info guides, DVD and CD-ROM. Sorry, no discount coupons.

I have to say, we were a bit disappointed in this DVD, it was so fast moving we felt we didn't see anything yet a lot was shown. We pulled out previous years videos to really get a good look. Anybody else feel that way?

Yeah, I'm not overly happy with the past two DVDs. We just got the most recent one, and it's nearly identical to last year's except they do mention Everest and that it's opening "this spring." That's one of the very few things to set it apart from the one that came out last year!! I hate how they seem to flash from one "guide" to the next (meaning the host people), from the gal to the thrill guy to the bench guy. Too flashy, too quick, and yet it doesn't feel as though you've really seen anything!

The last planning DVD we got that I really liked was from 2004, I think. It came in a purple cardboard case and the focus was on Magical Gatherings. I still watch that one fairly often!

Oh, and for the person above who asked about timing, I think it was a good month between my request and when I got the recent DVD. It just came last week and it was sometime earlier Feb. when I requested it.

My family and I felt the exact same way. My mum got dizzy watching. I was wondering where the one narrator/host was. I also think that they didn't need to have "experts" on subjects. I'd have to say over all it was extremely bad. We wait every year to get the new one and this year we were just crushed in dissapointment.

Mine came last week, within 2 weeks of my ordering it.

And yes I wish they slowed down and showed more. My kids were like "We can't see the rides" because they move so fast from thing to thing. And the bench guy, well they were like "Why is he going to WDW to sit on a bench?"
