OK - WDW seems to be frustrating me. I've traveled quite a bit using E-Tickets from various airlines and have always received an E-ticket number that I could use on the airlines websites to check my reservation and to check-in and print boarding passes from home.

I booked a WDW resort vacation using the WDW website and have received my travel documents but they didn't contain any information regarding my E-ticket number with the Airline (Alaska). The WDW website and the itinerary they sent me indicates the flight is reserved (on the WDW website it even shows seat assignments), but nothing with the E-ticket number. When I email them (twice now) about this, I got the exact word for word reply that said my e-ticket information would be included with my travel document package.

Any body else have this problem getting their E-ticket number from WDW?

thanks,

My friends booked via WDW Travel and could not use online check in. They were required to check in at the airport. This was on Airtran. Is it possible you have a confirmation but it is actually a "paper" ticket that requires you to check in at the airport.

Possibly contact Alaska Airlines to confirm?

When you book through a travel agent, you don't "own" the reservation, the travel agency does. Since you are not the owner of the reservation, you have no legal right to access it, make changes to it, etc. Only the owner can legally do that. WDTC is a travel agency, and they "own" your flight reservation.

Now, if you're dealing with a local, human travel agent who wants to keep you happy, that TA can give you all the info you need to access your flight reservation.

Thanks....I think.:scared: I've always used on-line travel agencies in the past (expedia, travelocity, etc...) and have always received E-ticket information from them. I called WDW and they stated I just need my itinerary and photo ID to check in at the airport. When I mentioned that my itinerary stated it was my responsibility to reconfirm my flight with the airline 24 hours in advance and that I would need my confirmation number or e-ticket number to do that the representative simply stated that I shouldn't worry about it.

I'm struggling with "...don't worry about it...". I'm not one for working on faith that things are OK with things like this and sure would love to confirm my flight with the airline.

Thanks,

Just call the airline directly. give them your name and flight number and date of travel. If an eticket was issued, they will have it in their and will give you the eticket number.
