Not trying to teach anyone to suck eggs but make sure you are using your Disney reservation number and not your travel agent's confirmation number. I think I have read that there is an issue using Disney UK reservation numbers to check in online.

Thanks for the suggestion I have doubled checked the number and it is correct. It allows me to put in all my details and then gives the above error. I was playing around with it and entered he wrong name, it then gave the same error but said records did not match, at least it got that right. I reckon it's a server problem but I am no expert
