Just saw another thread referring to our "obsession" with the World, and needed to share one of my funnies.
When I was in Oman last year on business, I had a weekend free and went boating, water skiing and snorkling with some local collegues. As I was putting on my borrowed snorkling gear, getting ready to go look at some beautiful reefs along the Indian Ocean coastline, one of the guys asked me if I'd ever been snorkling before. I really had to bite my tongue before I blurted out, "Oh yeah! I've done this several times at Typhoon Lagoon! I know exactly what I'm doing!" Thankfully, it didn't come out of my lips, as I can't imagine how I would have explained to these serious snorklers how Typhoon Lagoon's shark reef even compares to what was out there in the "real world". I had a real good chuckle to myself afterwards, thinking how righteous I was with all my indepth "experience" at WDW! What a hoot.
Any others want to share their misunderestood obsession with WDW?

And good he did not go on withthe quizzing.
Can't say I have similar, but I guess I have a bit of an obsession, well, at least I know I like it a lot there.
