Don't you wish they had an on-line catalog for WDW merchandise? I would love to be scanning it right now....and ordering up all kinds of Disney World things! :) I'm in deep withdrawal!

:bounce: :Pinkbounc YES!!!!!:bounce: :Pinkbounc

But I have to admit, the CMs when you call WDW Merchandise have always been so nice and patient and helpful when I have called with obscure descriptions of something I saw LOL!!

I am suffering major withdrawal right along with ya!!

I'm right there with ya!

I don't know if anyone remembers, but they USED to have a mail order catalog. I still have one from 1988 or so. I have looked at it so many times there are fingerprint marks on the cover!

Unfortunately, they don't anymore :( Wish they did.

I would love that. It would definitely help with the withdrawal.

My DH calls it PDD (post-disney depression). the only thing that helps me is planning the next trip to WDW!

Well it would sure help especially when you get into an argument with an airline stewardess that your Grand Floridian Monorail piece shouldn't count as your thrid carry-on. Remember all of these things are needs not wants!!:earsgirl: :earsgirl:

YES DEFINATELY (sp)

There needs to be a catalogue.

This would be particularly useful when you see something that you would like, and then can't find it again in any other store.

However, there may be a problem fitting it all into a catologue though, as there is just so much merchandise associated with WDW!!!!

Plus how often would the book be updated???

to be honest i would like to see a Disney catalogue or online store too.

But they have sooo much stuff - would it be possible to feature everything?

Totally Agree with you!!

There are many of us that wish the Dstores would see this as an opportunity to satisfy the adult customer. How cool would it be if a section of the store sold "exclusive" Parks/Resorts merchandise (on a limited scale, of course, so that the inventory could change frequently) and we could get our fix between trips !!
Unfortunately, that's not going to happen......

One way I get through it is to purchase more household Disney items at the parks/resorts, so that we can use them everyday, rather than just clothes that get worn only so often. Each time I use my Disney potholder (purchased at MGM) it brings back happy memories.
WDW in 2004 !!

After returning home from WDW I've regretted passing on certain items and wished I had a catalogue or could order on line, but it is also kind of cool that WDW merchandise is more exclusive since it can't be purchased from anywhere, but the parks!

Yes buy more merchandise you use each day, I have Disney Pens for work I use all the time (Which I am famous for), bring home a Disney Coffee Cup for work, Disney Desk Items for your work desk etc. I sit all day surrounded by my Disney souvenirs and it is wonderful..

For your home bring home everyday things for the kitchen and bath or one or two nice things for your Living Room. I too get shirts but they do not last like the everyday things..:bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce:

Yeah, I'd like to see a catalog, but also agree above the "exclusivity" of WDW merchandise just being sold in the parks!

Its kind of a catch 22 to me!!

Did you also notice that there are some items that you can only get at the little shops near the rides. I would think that you could get everything on main street but you can't.

On my last trip, when I came across anything I like but not sure if I want to buy it at that moment, I took a pic of it with my digital camera. Since DH always have a laptop computer, he can download all the pics I took for the day and free up my camera for the next day. It is alot more easier to describe something while staring at a picture. And of course, I have so much fun going through these pics !

It helps if you remember the store name and what park. There is a link on www.wdwig.com that tells you all the names of the stores. Recently I was at MK and bought a shirt in DD that DH fell in love with AFTER we got home! I posted a HELP! and someone gave me the site info. Here this may help a little:

I heard that you can order the monorail extras from calling them! Can anyone confirm this?

Did you also notice that there are some items that you can only get at the little shops near the rides. I would think that you could get everything on main street but you can't.
Yes, tis true with themed merchandise, such as aladdin stuff neat the magic carpet ride, etc, etc.

However, im pretty sure that ALL stuff can be purchased if you call WDW merchandise directly!
