WDW Marathon Weekend and the DIS WISH Racing Team

Hey! I'm one of those crazy WISHers who was up at 2:30am to do the Half marathon last Saturday! You bet we were representing the Lime!

We also volunteered at many of the water stops for both races, which BTW also means getting up at 2:30am.

I know how much you guys want to know this....

5K = 3.1 miles
Half = 13.1 miles (3 hours 30 min time limit)
Full = 26.2 miles (7 hours time limit)
Goofy = Half + Full 39.3 miles!

Thanks for posting. The WISH team is great! I did my first race last May, the Minnie 15K and the support of the WISH team was fantastic. I plan on doing the 1/2 in 2010, hope to see you there!

You can definitely do a half Paul. It's the training during the winter that's the tough part, but it sounds like you have to do that anyway.
