WDW Marathon/MLK Crowds

Does anyone know what MK attendance levels can be expected during the week between WDW Marathon and MLK Birthday the following weekend. Are the MK crowds typically greater before or after the WDW Marathon weekend?

I would have to say after...one of my friends and her family went after and the crowds were a great deal less ( she was also there during).

We were at WDW this past January from Dec 31 to Jan 16. The first week of January, the crowds were a little up but nothing like Xmas. The week after the marathon, it seemed as if half the people from the week before were gone. It was so enjoyable. No lines anywhere and we really kicked back, spent time at Blizzard Beach, and just relaxed. It had to be one of least crowded times we've spent at either WDW or DL. You will have a great time. Let's just hope the weather is as nice in Jan 07 as it was in Jan 06. Have fun. Ed

Was there last year during marathon weekend and crowds are definetly gone afterwards. Once at AK we went to Kali River Rapids and we were alone!!
