Hi everyone,
I'm from Australia, and so our holidays and things are completely around the wrong way. My fiance and I are planning on coming to WDW next May 07, as we have travelled in California in May before and found it to be not too crowded and nice weather. There may be a slight problem tho, as I'm an event organiser and I may have an event in May where I can't go. My question is this: When is the next best month to go? August or September? We want the school kids to be back at school and the weather still pretty warm. TIA!

August and September are both HOT!! Also at the end of August and into September you have a greater chance of hurricane activity. I'd try to stick to May if possible, or go in October. :)

If August and September are your only other options, I would pick September (sometime after Labor Day weekend - 1st Monday of September). Crowds are almost non-existent.

We love September (late Sept to early Oct)

IMO it's the best possible time to go - low crowds and perfect weather. Not too hot, but still lovely and hot IYSWIM?

Good luck anyway - is Disney a long way from Australia? We have a 9 hour flight to contend with!!
